Marnie's Capes of Courage provides superhero capes to pediatric patients overcoming difficult procedures and health challenges. The project currently focuses on providing capes to patients at Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital. The Foundation anticipates expanding to other Houston area children's hospitals in the next 6-12 months.
Marnie's Capes of Courage launched in Summer 2015 in conjunction with Julia Strug's Bat Mitzvah project. Julia has strong ties to the Rose Family and was born just a few weeks prior to Marnie passing away in 2002.
A donation of $36 provides one (1) cape to a patient.
A donation of $72 provides two (2) capes.
A donation of $100 provides three (3) capes.
